Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return a product from the date you received it to be eligible for a refund.
We strongly suggest that you take a photo of the product before returning it in case it is damaged in transit on the way back to us.
You may return a product if:
- The product is damaged when you receive it.
- You have been sent the wrong product.
- You haven’t used the product and it is still in its original condition.
- We accidentally sent you the wrong product.
Refunds
You will receive a full refund once the product has been returned and we are satisfied that it complies with our returns policy.
If we are not satisfied, the item will be returned to you as it remains your property.
Reasons for refusing a refund:
- The product has been used.
- You don’t like the scent (scents are subjective — exchanges may be available).
- The product is damaged but not in the condition it was received (damage in return transit must be taken up with your courier).
Exchanges & Replacements
You may exchange a product if:
- The product arrived damaged and you prefer an exchange instead of a refund (subject to stock availability).
- The product is not what you expected and is not damaged.
- You accidentally ordered the wrong product.
You may request a replacement instead of a refund if:
- The item is not damaged.
Shipping
You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs will be refunded once we receive the items and confirm they comply with our returns policy.
If the return does not comply with our policy, shipping costs will not be refunded.
For exchanges, you are responsible for shipping if:
- The product is not what you expected and is not damaged.
- You accidentally ordered the wrong product.
- You don’t like the scent.
