Name of your Blend

First Fragrance Oil

Select your First scent for the blend, this should be the fragrance that makes up most of your blend, e.g. if you have a 75% / 25% mix, this should be the fragrance that makes up the 75%. If your mix is 50% / 50% then it doesn't matter which is first.

First Fragrance Oil Percentage

Selected Value: 50

Please select the percentage of your First scent. We won't ask for the second scent percentage as all we need to do is subtract your first scent percentage from 100 to calculate this.

Second Fragrance Oil

Select your Second scent for the blend, this should be the fragrance that makes up least of your blend, e.g. if you have a 75% / 25% mix, this should be the fragrance that makes up the 25%. If your mix is 50% / 50% then it doesn't matter which is second.

We/Us/Ours/Stansfield’s = Stansfield’s Fragrance Oils Ltd. --- I have carefully checked this form for errors and can confirm that I have entered everything correctly, this includes correct capitalisation, spelling and punctuation. I understand that if any details have been entered incorrectly by myself, there may be an Admin fee to correct these after the documents have been produced. As this is a bespoke product created especially for you, the distance selling regulations do not apply. Once the documents have been created the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, in the unlikely event that a document is faulty; Stansfield's will correct them free of charge. If a chemical is banned by a third party including but not limited to the UK Government or the European Union and this adversely affects your documentation, this is out of Stansfield's control. If the ban is announced within 182 days of you placing your order (not receiving it), we will replace your documents at a 50% discount of the current full price of purchasing House Blend documents. After 182 days, a new set of documents would have to be purchased at 100% the current price.
