Fragrance Oils: Please remember that Fragrance Oils are chemicals and they can be dangerous. Please take all of the proper safety precautions. This is your responsibility, it is not the responsibility of us here at Stansfield’s Fragrance Oils Ltd.
Please download the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for your own records and please read through these before you use the fragrance oils. You are responsible for adding Classification, Labelling & Packaging (CLP) to your finished product not Stansfield’s Fragrance Oils, we do provide the majority of CLP at 10% but we do not have to do so.
It is your responsibility to keep oils out of the reach of children, vulnerable people and pets, it is not the responsibility of us here at Stansfield’s Fragrance Oils Ltd.
Orders: All orders placed will be sent the next working day. We here at Stansfield’s Fragrance Oils Ltd are not responsible for the loss of your order once it has been sent.
If you don’t receive your order you have to wait 10 working days until we can look into it, as that is what our courier requires. After these 10 working days if we are satisfied that you haven’t received your order we will replace it.
If you state you haven’t received your order but the courier says that you have and can prove it, we have the right to refuse a replacement.
